This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Ludo Forge (package name: com.puzzlesexplorer.ludoforge), published by Puzzles Explorer on Google Play.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you use Ludo Forge, including information processed through advertising, notifications, diagnostics, and support services.
By using Ludo Forge, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the app.

- Package name: com.puzzlesexplorer.ludoforge
- Developer and publisher: Puzzles Explorer
- Developed by: Constantin Liculescu

2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Ludo Forge does not require you to create an account. We may receive personal information only when you voluntarily contact us by email or through another support channel.
This information may include:
- Your name and email address;
- The content of your message;
- Feedback, questions, or support requests;
- Technical information you choose to provide.
Gameplay Data Stored on Your Device
The game stores gameplay information locally on your device so that your progress can be maintained. This may include:
- Player profile and displayed player name;
- Level, XP, coins, and unlocked avatars;
- Total matches, wins, losses, and win streaks;
- Daily mission and Mini Cup progress;
- Chest progress and rewards;
- Sound, music, vibration, and notification preferences;
- Tutorial and first-launch status.
We do not routinely upload your complete local save file or gameplay profile to our servers. Local gameplay data may remain on your device until you reset your progress, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app.
Notification and Installation Information
If notifications are enabled, Ludo Forge uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver remote notifications and the device notification system to schedule local reminders.
The following information may be processed for remote notifications:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token;
- A randomly generated installation identifier;
- Device platform;
- App version and build number;
- Device language or locale;
- Time zone;
- Token registration date and time.
When you open a remote notification, we may record limited engagement information, such as:
- The generated installation identifier;
- Notification, campaign, send, or message identifiers;
- The date and time the notification was opened;
- App version, platform, locale, and time zone;
- Limited non-sensitive notification metadata.
This information is used to deliver notifications, maintain valid notification registrations, measure notification delivery and engagement, and diagnose technical problems.
You may deny notification permission or disable daily reminders. The core game remains available when notifications are disabled.
Advertising Information
Ludo Forge uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements. Rewarded ads allow you to receive an in-game benefit after choosing to watch an advertisement.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or process information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
- Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device identifiers;
- App launches, taps, ad views, video views, and other interactions;
- Device, operating system, and app information;
- Advertising performance and diagnostic information;
- Information used for fraud prevention, security, analytics, and ad delivery.
Depending on your location, settings, consent choices, and applicable law, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID and manage advertising preferences through your device or Google settings.
Technical Diagnostics and Error Reports
When a technical error occurs, Ludo Forge first records a local diagnostic message. A limited error report may also be transmitted to our diagnostic systems, including Google Apps Script or Google Sheets.
An error report may contain:
- Error type and message;
- Technical stack trace;
- App feature or operation where the error occurred;
- Platform and timestamp;
- App version or build information;
- Limited technical context required to investigate the problem;
- A generated installation identifier when relevant to notification errors.
We take steps to exclude sensitive values, such as full Firebase notification tokens, API keys, authorization credentials, and secrets, from diagnostic reports.
Score Sharing
Ludo Forge includes an optional feature that creates a score image and opens your device’s native sharing interface. Sharing occurs only when you choose to use this feature.
You decide which external application or recipient receives the score image and accompanying text. Once shared, the information is handled according to the privacy practices of the application or service you selected.

The app also uses internet access to load advertisements, register notification tokens, receive remote notifications, report notification engagement, and transmit technical error reports.
Ludo Forge does not request access to your precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, phone calls, or payment information.

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Limited information may be shared with service providers that help us operate, secure, diagnose, advertise, or improve Ludo Forge. This includes Google services used for advertising, notifications, and technical diagnostics.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request;
- Investigate fraud, security incidents, or misuse;
- Protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the developer, or others;
- Support a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the app, subject to appropriate notice and legal safeguards.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, information may be processed based on:
- Your consent, such as for notifications or certain advertising purposes;
- The performance of a service you request;
- Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the game;
- Compliance with legal obligations.
You may withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
8. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through Ludo Forge. Network communications with our configured services use HTTPS encryption.
Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay information remains on your device until you use the Reset Progress option, clear the app’s storage, uninstall the app, or reset the device.
Notification registration and engagement information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver and manage notifications, measure their operation, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Technical error reports are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate errors, improve the app, protect our services, and meet legal requirements.
Support messages may be retained while your request is being handled and afterward when reasonably necessary for recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Because Ludo Forge does not create user accounts, there is no account deletion process. To request deletion of information held on our systems, email costin.liculescu@gmail.com with the subject Ludo Forge Data Deletion Request. Please do not send Firebase tokens, passwords, or other sensitive credentials by email.
We will evaluate and respond to valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law. In some cases, our ability to locate a record may be limited because the app does not associate data with a registered account.

- Request access to personal information associated with you;
- Request correction or deletion;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
